FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: We ship via UPS or Expedited Mail. Packages are trackable and a shipping confirmation with tracking number is sent via email when your order is shipped.  

Q: How much will it cost to ship my order?

A: Shipping charges are determined by the total product weight of your order.  The most accurate way to review the shipping charges is during checkout. Once items have been added to your shopping cart, click “Checkout” and shipping charges can be viewed and selected prior to entering payment information. Additional taxes, duties, local delivery charges, and other miscellaneous fees at the destination are your responsibility. 

Q: Can I put delivery instructions on the package?

A: We will try to accommodate requests to write things like “Leave on porch” but cannot guarantee that the carrier will follow through with the request. If the note MUST be followed, we suggest posting a large note on your door around the time of delivery instructing the carrier of your request.

Q: What happens if I get an error message at Checkout?

A: When checking out, if the system displays  "we cannot ship to your location" or a similar error message please contact us via email or call 705-879-4235. We ship worldwide and should you get that error message its likely because of a weight glitch. 

Q: Do you ship outside of North America?

A: We ship worldwide via UPS or Canada Post. Prices vary. Please send us an email for a quote. You are responsible for paying any duties, tariffs, Value-Added Tax (VAT) or other fees which may be incurred with your purchase. If you refuse a package after it has shipped and cleared by customs, we will deduct all fees associated with the package return from your refund.
