Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is our solid commitment to you that if any product is defective or we made an error we'll offer a hassle-free replacement or refund. What we cannot guarantee is damage from tearing, shredding, ripping, chewing et al that a dog's teeth might impart. We will, however, provide a one-time replacement if you're not fully satisfied with how our materials stand up against your dog's chompers (you pay the shipping).
Provided your dog isn’t allowed to chew our toys, they are built to take abuse. Our tug toys are meant for interactive tugging between you and your dog only. We strongly recommend that you do not allow your dog to play with the toy after interaction has ended. If you let your dogs use it as a chew toy, it will be destroyed.
