Items may be returned within 30 days for 100% refund. The item being returned must be in the same condition as it was sent. Please call Customer Service at 705-344-4005 or email us for return authorization. Items that may NOT be returned are special order Items, Gift Certificates, any item custom made unless there is a manufacturing defect or incorrectly sized including K9 Crate Carriers, Stow n'Go X-pen Carriers, Cyclone X-pen covers with door flaps, custom Cyclone X-Pen sides, all crate covers, custom beds, embroidered items. No returns after 30 days. Items that are damaged and/or not in resalable condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
A product returned for refund or exchange must be in its original packaging, and it must be complete and undamaged. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. A shipping rebate will be extended to the customer in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damages, and that you use a shipper that can provide you with proof of delivery.
