Ronan is a powerful black Labrador that competes in flyball. His mom wanted a tug toy without a ball but with enough action to keep Ronan engaged. We wrap 9” (23cm) of 7/8" (22mm) thick,100% vegetable tanned sheep shearling around 1” (25mm) soft-touch tubular nylon climbing webbing that's fastened to a 7” (17cm) real rabbit fur "tail" (from farm raised rabbits in Spain). Our GRIP ULTRA bungee inserted in the webbing has three times the resistance than standard bungee giving you the maximum shock absorption and saves your shoulder and back when working with powerful tuggers. Measures 25” (63cm); stretches to 32” (81cm). Large 7" (18cm) handle. Cold water wash, hang to dry. Salty Dog toys are designed only for interactive play with your dog. Supervise your dog at all times. They are not designed for chewing.

Purchased for the AKC Flyball Dog Challenge and met all of my (and my dog’s criteria)! Jive has a small mouth and this tug was comfortable for her to play with. Washes great!
